Armadillo Toys Leeds. Shipping And Handling

Orders up to £20.00 = £4.00

Orders up to £75 = £5.50

Orders over £75 = free of charge within the UK mainland. (Some heavier low value items carry an individual postage levy).

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside the UK.

We use Post Office second class recorded delivery for the majority of parcels. 

We recycle packaging as often as possible to help protect the environment. This may mean the outer box your goods are delivered in may have already been used once before, we do ensure that your goods are protected and secure.

 

Delivery Schedule

The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and it is our policy to dispatch within 48 hours and to fulfil all orders within 7 days. We aim to keep all items in stock but any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to circumstances out of our control. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer a refund.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. You will be notified by email giving full details. An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following:

    •    the product you ordered being unavailable

    •    a problem with your payment, for example a credit card declined

    •    a pricing or product description error

An automatic email is sent to confirm your order. This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order, it only confirms that your order has been received.

Back Orders and Substitutions

If we do not have an item you require in stock, we will hold it on back order for you, and e-mail you with the option to cancel or substitute if you prefer not to wait.

 

Tax Charges

All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable, books and costumes are exempt and do not include vat.

Credit Card Security

We use SagePay / Opayo to process your payment, we do not hold any card details on our website.

Privacy Policy

We understand our customer's concerns regarding privacy and are fully committed to protecting it.

The information we collect about you is firstly, to process your order and secondly to enable us to provide you with the best possible service.

We will only use this information lawfully and in accordance with current legislation.

The type of information we collect includes your name and address, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address if different to your home.

Card holder information is not stored in any way. We will keep a record of your order and contact details unless you ask us not to.

Armadillo Toys does not sell or trade your personal information in any way to third parties.

Armadillo Toys will not contact you by email unless related to your order, we do not send persistent and unsolicited emails unlike other websites.

 

Returns Policy

At Armadillo we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.

Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty.

Unless faulty, personalised items that have been made to order cannot be returned.

 

Remittance Terms

Orders will only be dispatched on payment in full of the amounts shown.

These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and we reserve the right to do so. You are therefore advised to keep up to date with the contents of these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

We are a small independent shop, not a huge multi national, we are approachable and friendly and we will always do our very best for all our customers.

Should our service fall short in any way we would firstly be very disappointed and secondly would want the opportunity to help and resolve the issue, so please get in touch if there is anything you are unhappy with.
