Shipping And Handling
Orders up to £4.99 = £2.50.
Orders up to £50 = £4.50.
Orders over £50 = free of charge within the UK mainland. (Some heavier low value items carry an individual postage levy).
Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside the UK.
We use Post Office delivery for smaller items and couriers for all other items. All deliveries must be signed for. Whilst we appreciate that this could be more difficult for some people, we do this to protect your interests as well as ours, in case goods go missing in transit. If this is likely to be a problem for you to sign for your parcel please contact us to find out if there may be an alternative, although you can specify an alternative delivery address as you complete your order.
We recycle packaging as often as possible, to help protect the environment. This may mean the outer box your goods are delivered in may have already been used once before, we do ensure that your goods are protected and secure.
The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and it is our policy to dispatch within 48 hours and to fulfil all orders within 7 days. We aim to keep all items in stock but any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforseen circumstances. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer a refund.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. You will be notified by email giving full details. An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following:
- the product you ordered being unavailable
- a problem with your payment, for example a credit card declined
- a pricing or product description error
An automatic email is sent to confirm your order. This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order, it only confirms that your order has been received.
Back Orders and Substitutions
If we do not have an item you require in stock, we will hold it on back order for you, and e-mail you with the option to cancel or substitute if you prefer not to wait.
All our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20% where applicable, books and costumes are exempt and do not include vat.
Credit Card Security
If you've never purchased online before it's understandable that you may feel uncertain about parting with your card details.To ensure your credit card security and to keep your personal information safe we use Sage Pay secure payment service. All of your data is encrypted prior to being sent over the Internet to our system. We use secure firewalls which are systems designed to keep information inaccessible and safe from other Internet users.

Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.
